"I bought my Goldwing from Honda West in August, 2007 using a Master Card credit card. I was pretty wiggly on the Goldwing when I left the store, but our salesman called my house that evening to make sure that I was ok and that I got home safely...since I had not been on a bike since 1985. For the bosses or the "chief cook and bottle washer" at Honda West...this was the ultimate grand-de-os0 with me. They took time at his home to call to make sure I was ok...not on company time, but his time. You have no idea how good this made me feel that he checked on me. I see this as a customer and a friend. He did not just have me sign on the dotted line...take my money and say thanks, and then disappear. If I buy another bike, it will be from Honda West. I found our salesman to be extremely sharp on knowing the products that he is selling. He did not do any "pushy-pushy" sales tactics or "you need to do it now because the price might change tomorrow". Whenever I go in the store...no matter if they are with a customer or not...they always has a smile and a "Hey Paul" ready. Cody and Patrick also know me and they too have a smile and a "how you doing" ready. This is important to me..I was and still am a customer and will always be a customer for Honda West whenever I need a this or a that for my Goldwing.
