"On Wednesday the 24th of August I came into the store, hoping to buy a part for my bike but not sure what it was called. I entered the service side of the store and the young man behind the counter was super helpful. He came outside and looked at my bike for me and we went back inside. He went to his computer and located the part and name I needed and to my shock he said they had one in stock. He then printed out the part number and said I needed to go to the parts counter to purchase it. Now I have been in this store many times but he was very polite and even told me how to get to the parts counter. Now the parts guy was super polite and very nice. He looked at the paper I gave him and went to the back and pulled my 7.00 dollar gasket and gave me a military discount which was awesome. So I paid 6.81 for a part that I was not expecting to be in stock. Now my bikes oil leak is fixed thanks to Honda/Kawasaki West."

"I bought my Goldwing from Honda West in August, 2007 using a Master Card credit card. I was pretty wiggly on the Goldwing when I left the store, but our salesman called my house that evening to make sure that I was ok and that I got home safely...since I had not been on a bike since 1985. For the bosses or the "chief cook and bottle washer" at Honda West...this was the ultimate grand-de-os0 with me. They took time at his home to call to make sure I was ok...not on company time, but his time. You have no idea how good this made me feel that he checked on me. I see this as a customer and a friend. He did not just have me sign on the dotted line...take my money and say thanks, and then disappear. If I buy another bike, it will be from Honda West. I found our salesman to be extremely sharp on knowing the products that he is selling. He did not do any "pushy-pushy" sales tactics or "you need to do it now because the price might change tomorrow". Whenever I go in the store...no matter if they are with a customer or not...they always has a smile and a "Hey Paul" ready. Cody and Patrick also know me and they too have a smile and a "how you doing" ready.
